I love this pan. I have slowly added this particular brand. Wanted to cook with it for awhile and it is an excellent product. At this point I have 3 of their pans and all are doing well and used daily…..no sticking, easy to clean, definitely no scratches. I only use silicone or plastic utensils in the pans and treat them with all the love and care they deserve.

my favorite pan, like ever ! when they say non-stick they mean it ……….usually i can clean it with a quick wipe out ………i use it for everything [ frying, i can make a larger quantity at one time because of the large area ] stovetop to oven..perfect

It lies almost flat in my electric stove. The oil does pool to the edges like another reviewer stated, it it not a flat pan.
The coating seems great so far.
It has a nice sturdy feel to it and works well in the oven.
Just be careful of using soap in the pan, especially when it’s warm, it soaks up the fragrance of the soap no matter how mild and it smells like soap cooking when you use it afterwards, even after several cooks.
It probably cleans well with just water and a soft sponge. Don’t use scented soaps!!

2.5” tall walls and flat bottom…no slope like a wok. Clear glass lids has steam vent. Metal handle is long so my hand doesn’t have to be close to the heat but pan does go from stovetop to oven. Seems fairly scratch resistant but I still use silicon utensils in case

This pan is perfect for making dishes that call for lots of liquid ingredients like chicken Vindaloo, crawfish etoufee or even James Beard’s famous Forty Eight Clove chicken recipe. It’s deep enough to keep whatever you are making from sloshing out and it has two handles to make easy to lift from the burner and it has a tight fitting cover.

I wanted a 10 inch frying pan to replace my old one. One feature is plus and a minus. The handle gets hot
and the plus is that it can be put in the oven. The minus is that you have to use a pot holder when its hot.
It would be nice if the supplier offered an optional heat-proof slip off silicone sleeve, so you can have the best of both options.

Exactly as described. Good price, excellent quality, fast ship. Box had nearly opened in shipping, but all was good. No damage, or broken glass lid.
With a few stripes of tape it would have been perfect.
